Congratulations to everyone here at LeCroy Center, which has been selected to receive the award for Outstanding Commitment to Excellence and Innovation in Distance Learning by an Organization in the Two Year Higher Education Category from the Texas Distance Learning Association (TxDLA).
The award is for the person, institution or corporation who has done the most to benefit and advance the applied practice of distance learning during the past year. Categories for constituencies include: K-12; Two-Year and Four-Year Higher Ed; Corporate; Nonprofit; and Government/Military organizations.
LeCroy’s standout programs over the past year include the Ready2Go Associate Degree for online students and the Accelerated Supervisor Certificate Program for working professionals. More than 17,000 students per year enroll in Dallas Colleges Online, as well.
The LeCroy Center will be awarded during the annual TxDLA Conference, The Spirit of Adventure: 20 Years of Exploring Uncharted Territories, March 28-31, 2017, at Moody Gardens Hotel in Galveston, Texas.
